Remove your valve covers and unplug each injector one by one, the one(s) that don't make much difference when unplugged are the place to start.
can't you leave the valve covers on and unplug a harness that goes to 2 injectors each to narrow it down to which bank/2 cylinders??? or was this all in a dream?

Some times that works some times not. But it is always worth a try before you pull both valve covers.
If you have a laser thermometer u can use it. Take the temps off each exhaust port on the manifold. They should be close to the same on each. Just some advice.....if they are electronic injectors........they can knock the snot out of you with the electricity goin thru them. I tried that on an N-14 Cummins one time, that was the only and last time I try that. I'll take exhaust readings if no laptop is available
