Alright. HPOP is plenty full. In fact my dumb butt started the truck up and spurted oil everywhere. I guess that is what you get for not thinking. High pressure means high pressure. Next IPR.
Well got it going an let it die. It was cold and it ran for about 3 min. then it died. HPOP is full after it dies. i guess it is full, it was just a bit below the lip of the resevoir. Fuel bowl is full. Wouldn't this be an electrical issue?
it could still be HPOP issue. You will need either a gauge or a scanner to know for sure now. Try unplugging the ICP sensor and see if that helps. I doubt it but worth a try.

If I unplug the ICP how would that help? Will a autoparts store scanner diagnose this issue?
Also the batts are reading 13.9 both sides with truck running. Alt is 4 months old. I have added a lot of add on electronic components. I have most of them turned off.
Also I have an alarm. I don't know how to unplug it. But the truck does the same thing with the key in it versus using the "run without the key" option.
Truck running fine now.
Will update.
I have fuel running out after about two cranks when the schrader valve has been pulled.
Batts .are up to 14.xx now and climbing on both sides, with truck running. Truck is running smooth.
Also when truck starts it takes about a 10sec. crank to get it going and then it might die after about a min. of running and then I crank again and it take a long crank again and it goes and runs for about 30 min.
Yes I do. It puts out about 10-15 psi when truck is on veggie. But I have been on diesel and the problem has been there the whole time.
Also Still have truck running since last post and it is able to drive around the block. However, when in park I rev it up and sometimes when it returns to idle it drops to about 4-500 rpms and is noticable as too low and then recovers. Feels like a fuel problem to me.
I've read your post at least ten times and my first thought was engine starving for fuel. How is the pump plumed into the fuel system? It sounds like when you get the battery voltage up all is OK. Does the diesel system also go through the pump? Is that pump fused?
The electric pump is veggie only. My main pump is the cam pump.
The elec. pump is fused and wired into the lights of my veggie gauges so I know when it doesn't have power. It is pumping along when on veggie, but then again. It does the same thing on diesel.
I am wondering it the Fuel pressure regulator could cause me to shut down?
I have yet to pull the shaft in the middle of the fuel bowl to get down to that screen. I have cleaned the screen at the top of the fuel bowl that is on the regulator.
first check your main engine harness where it runs across the left valve cover. they have been known to chaffe there, usually on the sd's but i have run across it on the obs trucks.
i see you run wvo, i have had several trucks running it that plugged there fuel filters. try replacing and redriving
i really did not read this thread all to well so i dont know if you checked this.
if i was in your boots i would pull off both valve covers and check the wireing harnes's. they may look good from the top side but could be fried on the other side.
just my .02 cents.
