OBD1 to OBD2 conversion

OBD1 to OBD2 conversion
I have a 1995 E350 7.5L with only an OBD1 connector. Does any one know if it can be converted to OBD2, other than wiring in an OBD2 and re flashing or replacing the PCM what else is involved. does any body have a pin out diagram for a 1996 PCM?

The two systems are completely different. A completely different PCM and wiring harness. You would have to change the complete PCM, wiring harness and some engine sensors. Its not really practical.
