88 econoline :any OBD port

88 , E 250 it has an O2 sensor ....

does it have any kind of OBD port ?

any way to modify ECU parameters ?

no OBD port, its EEC4 electronics. have fun with your mods.

Yes it has one. It is the red one in the photo below by the headlight on the passenger side.

Yes you can put a after market chip installed in the back of the computer under the heater inside the van.

Also known as OBD-1 DLC.

Yes it is. It is the port to access the OBDI information.
