2000 X Question
Hey guys I am about to purchase my 4th X but this is my 1st gasser
its a v-10.
Anything out of the ordinary I should look for or is this a bad year for any reason with a v 10
it has 117000 on it.

Since you are familiar with Ex's...I'll just mention the V10 specifics...
Ask if the owner has recently changed spark plugs...the early V10's had too few threads in the aluminum head and if NOT properly torque'd...you can have spitting plug issues...it seems to happen oddly enough recently after a plug change...so ask.
Also exhaust manifold studs are prone to snapping due to the heat cycles...so physically lay eyes on and touch each of the 20 or so studs...
those would be the two tops on my list to check on a V10 powered Ex...

thanks for the info joe , the dealer is across the street so I will go ask them about the plugs and check out the manifold studs.
I noticed it had grease zerks on the ball joints so I assumed they have been replaced
