1. (the best) Go with a 460. You will have to do some extra work, and get a diff. tranny and what not, but it will be worth it.
2. Dont even consider a 360. Turn it into a 390 or get rid of it. This would be the easiest and cheapest for since your already FE equiped.
id agree also, like i said before 390's are wonderfull motors as well as the 460. but you can build a 390 just as big and bad as a 460"well not quite" but a built 390 will hold a stock 460 and beat any 454.

ohh BTW what front axle do you under the truck? if you plan on doing a built 390 or a 460 swapp and or going over 35" tires you will need a dana 60 under there or a really build up dana 44.
i still only have a dana 44 under my truck with a 460 on 38.5" "i just say 39" tires" and its been holding for the whole 50 miles i put on the truck off road mudding only BTW. but i know ill eat it up very very soon.
