Shift handle
I quickly bwosed the other pages and found nothing so i will start a new thread.
I have an 2005 f150 with a center console shifter.
Long story short, I need to replace the whole shift handle and dont have the slightest idea how.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Transmission Selector Lever - Floor Shift
Removal

Removal

- Remove the floor console left side kick panel.
- Lift the console storage lid cover and remove the console finish panel.
- Disconnect the transmission shift cable from the arm of the transmission floor shifter.
- Disconnect the transmission shift cable from the transmission shift cable bracket on the transmission floor shifter.
- Remove the transmission floor shifter screws.
- Disconnect the transmission floor shifter electrical connector and remove the shifter from the vehicle.
- Using a suitable tool, pry forward on the top of the selector lever button and remove the button.
- Remove the screw, slide the selector lever **** up and remove the ****.
- Remove the selector lever **** shroud.
- Disconnect the transmission control (TC) switch electrical connector and remove it from the selector lever housing.
- Remove the PRNDL bulb from the selector lever housing.
- Remove the screws and separate the top and bottom halves of the selector lever assembly
