Yeah we have had bursts on and off all day, some really close lightning!

Perfect day for finishing the drywall inside the garage though, got about an hour of work left then that project is done.

Sounds like you had a successful weekend Sheldon. Got all your drywalling done in the garage?

Yeah pretty much Aaron, just was one piece short which I will be getting today. Im pumped about getting it done too, although that means I will have to plan to paint and run air lines and all that kinda jazz now, but its one step closer!

How was your weeeknd?

Oh? You're not just going to leave it an "unfinished" project like everyone else and have the "drywall" garage look?

My weekend was good actually. Got the truck started up and moved to its teardown location, and getting ready to strip down the rear end of the truck.

I figure I'll start to do my project 1/2 a**'ed because I'm running short on time. So I'm taking the rear of my truck apart, box off and POR-15'ing the hell out of it all, then reassembling and calling it a summer (pretty much), without touching the engine or front end (I know it's a bad idea, but I'm super short on time now haha).

I also helped my dad out with rebuilding his fence. That took forever... We ground down his 10'X4" square tubing posts he's using for his new fence he's putting up, used some metal ready, por-15 then tremclad paint to match.

That sucker should hold its own now. No more 120 km/hr winds to blow down his fence and let the dogs out!

That fence is going to be bullet-proof by using 10' square tubing for fence posts and por-15'ing it!

Yeah it was decent. Today would be a great day to start tear-down on my truck, but I'm busy with other things tonight.

At least your garage will look better than most of the ones out there! I like the idea of no tape and mud. Takes too much time anyways just for a room that's always closed! haha.

Lol, I remember.

Just saying, these damned SASK winds won't get their way with the posts. The fence might get taken if the winds get high enough and my dad builds things to his "specifications" haha. At least those posts will still be there though .

I doubt much is going to move them once they're in the ground except a tornado, and maybe an apocalypse haha.
