Its not serious. It is from the Espar heater, it has been a thorn is my a$$ since the day I put it on. it works awesome but every year it develops a leak some where on it and i have to spent 100-200 dollars to fix. starting to think it is cheaper to just plug it in! But instant heat is nice in winter!

I wish that mine would fit in the garage! you buy a house and the Realtor tells you it has an oversized garage you think (that is good) then after the move you find out that it is normal sized with a seven foot high door. two car garage yes! one car one truck NO! *&%$%$#^%$^%$^
