I used to lay flooring for awhile when I was younger, and yeah it does get hard on a guy. I found laying hardwood the worst though. Since im a taller guy, Im always bent over to hit the auto nailer with the hammer, and man I get sore from being bent over!

I worked away from home alot, and the money was really good, but it sucked. I wasnt married then and didnt have kids, and it sucked, I couldnt imagine having a kid I couldnt see every night.

Working as heavy duty technician for Kramer tractor (Yellow blood coursing though my veins). Spent the last five years commuting to Fort Mcmurray working foe the cat dealer there. Also work on power strokes on the side.

Hey Morris how's the weather up their. I made a ford man eat crow the other day had to rescue him with my dodge. Stuck to the frame , 2 other 3/ 4 tons try to tug him out and couldn't , didn't have enough weight It took about 60ft of tow strap and 5 good hard tugs. man it had a grip on that truck, anyone with any brain wouldn't have put that truck were he was. But got a good laugh out of it . Roy

that 95 cummins i had was a pulling fool. my race car trailer weighed 2800#. without my car on it. my race car weighs 3389#. without ballast weight. i have to put a 150 pounds
of lead in it to make minimum weight for hobby stock/street stock. but that truck was good.

use a manual nailer which requires 3-4 smacks...do 6-700 sqft in a day...then you might know what sore is 
morning all...we're off to minot this weekend to pick up a new toy for me...
