Hi Folks,

No apologies necessary - some days another ones humor just doesn't compute! I'm also a little silly at times - usually after one of those kinds of days.

Thanks much to Mertz for all the compliments. Wow, I'm speechless!

However......

I really worry at times about coming across as a "know-it-all", really! As I mentioned, I had a great teacher in Dad, and have enjoyed learning on my own for many years too.......There's been a lot of "screw - ups" along the way to learn from.

So I just want to help when I can and try to pass on what I have learned, to prevent reinventing the wheel (the last forum on that took FOREVER), and learn more from you guys (and I use that term and accept it as unisexual - like folks).

I just can't think of anything better than restoring a Bonus Built or Classic F-100. Even if I won the Lotto, I'd still have a truck project (albeit it wouldn't take near as long because I'd pay Dave to do it while I sat there drinking Cervesaz!)

We live in a world that's just a little too tough right now - so lets all laugh!

Julie

And PS. Hey Dave, with regard to that 12 volt electric chair, which one of you guys is wiring that?

It's a do it yourself thing...

It's like a cheap rooming house where you have to make your own bed. In this case you gotta do your own electric chair wiring. (I'd go for the vibrating recliner type.) Need a good upholsterer??? Something in Hot pink or Electric blue maybe??? And BTW, I wouldn't recommend paying Dave to do the work. I can't even get around to doing it myself. Gotta go, my treadmill is calling me...

Later...
