How is it running? If it's down on power you may have a bad MAP sensor or...
Check the MAP sensor rubber line for pin holes or maybe it's just got bumped off.
The MAP sensor is on mounted the fire wall by the AC/heater box and has a 1/4 inch rubber line going to it fron the intake.
10 psi is low, you should be seeing around double that.
The Edge programmer maybe the reason for the higher than normal EGT's with low boost?
Are your Boost & Egt's on the programmer? or separate gages? The Edge uses a signal
from the MAP to the PCM and interprets it into psi.
If you have a mechanical boost gage be sure to check the line leading to the gage for leaks.
Return the truck to stock, remove the programmer if it's not too hard. See if the code goes away.
Look for boost leaks. Tell me more about your "Homemade intake"
po236 will set if truck doesnt produce at least 13 psi boost. i have same code on stock but if i max my ts chip i get 17 psi. that seems to tell me that it is electrical somehow. i believe all the chip does is change fueling-increase injection timing and pressure. could it be weak hpop or ipr?
