Overhead display
Need some guideance. My 2004 F250 overhead display recently started fading in & out. Sometimes it will show normally and then it dims down to where no display is on. When I push on the plastic display area it will come back then dim out again. Any ideas on a fix?

That's very common problem and I think it's loose components on your circuit board. You will find instrucitons on how to fix it if you search the tech folder a little bit.

Okay, since I said it was in the tech folder, and in fact I cannot find it in there, I figured I owed you more info.

I think that thread covers it pretty well. As I understand it they are almost always easily repaired. Rarely need to replace.

Excellent links (console thread and photo link) - We have some stops planned on the way out and if the weather does it's thing I can fiddle with the console while the others watch a movie in the trailer. Either way, the console thread link will do the trick! Thanks!
