I know there is not much for clearance back there. It's gonna be tight. I wonder how this setup compares to beans h2e setup.

I'm probably gonna wrap those up-pipes to keep the heat down on the firewall...

Might have to bring the uppies in from the bottom?

You might get the pass side in from below but I dont see any way to get the drivers side in that way.

What about getting them ceramic coated? I am hoping mine can be coated but who know.

You might be able to get them in from the bottom if you pull the trans but at that point I would just pull the engine so you know for sure. I am trying to figure out the best way to make my kit so that I can get each pipe off individually.

Also on the H-max kit I think it either uses the stock pipes or at least it keeps the pipe individual and separate from the collector.

Ceramic coating sounds like a good idea.

I don't want to pull the engine. That's a lot of work.

This may be a bigger challenge than I thought.

The Hypermax kit uses seperate uppies and a collector but they are not stock Ford pieces.

Unbolt the cab mounts and you can raise the cab off the chassis, there's only 6 of them, one at each corner of the cab and 2 more outboard of the radiator support.

Ok, what about separating the two uppies for install and then welding the square flange together once they are in place?

I might have to resort to liftin the cab...
