I still go through way to much oil.
What is next for me to look at?

One off three things have to be happening. You have to have a leak. Its being burned internally or its in the coolant. Any smoke from your truck at all. Have somebody follow you while you drive downthe road. Just a thought. How many miles on the beast.. Id look at the turbo a friend off mine was taking a lot off oil it was the turbo. There was no exrordinary noise to speak off Good Luck My guess its the trubo with excessive oil usage.

if theres oil in the filter i would say the shop that did the orings gets to try again.....
it dosnt take a whole lot to damage one of thoose orings while putting them on an injector or screw them up putting them back in the cup.
i install my orings under oil then let them sit for an hour to let the orings go back to there natural state before install then coat the cup heavily with oil before install. more oil the better.
if it was pedistal orings you will see some blue smoke out the tail pipe but mostly with that much oil it will be coming out the exaust big time. the turbo can function fine and still have the pedistal leaking.
another consideration would be blowby forcing oil into the intake. it would have to be pretty severe for that much oil. you can pull off your intake boot and see the venturi where the vent goes into the intake and see how much goes in. should just be some light smoke. are you getting any oil smoke coming out the dipstick tube? how does the truck run otherwise???
if you have a split injector cup you will be pressurizing the cooling system and be getting oil and fuel into the coolant.
