Great, thanks for looking out for my vintage. Curious, the how-to in the Generation-Edge forum discussed about the lower voltage to the bulbs after the mod and thus the lights were a little fainter. Did you notice this on your trucks after the modification?
Why not just splice an automotive relay into the circuit?
That's what I have plans to do. That way the marker light runs as usual and when the left/right turn signal is in use, the marker flashes alternately to the forward facing turn signal. With that theory, I was thinking about hooking up a marker light on my home made bed cover that would alternately flash from the rear tail/turn light. Kinda make it eye catching.
Which I hope some day to mount some side and rear marker lights on the cover.
I like having some lights on my truck. It makes it stand out from the rest of the crowd. My 1989 Chevy K-1500 I use to have had running board lights and marker lights on the aluminum topper. Was also going to mount on cab lights too but...
Wonder how cab lights would look on a Ranger? Five maybe too crowded, but three or four may work.
