fuel prssure too high

I put the bb in the regulator the other day, and had about 80 psi, is that too much? I had about 55 before. The truck seems to run fine and the spring is still in good shape. Does the spring adapt a bit to the bb? Would the pressure drop also maybe a bit over time?

From what the guys have been telling me, as long as you're not going over 80 PSI at idle, you should be fine.

Mine was 55 and about 75 after the mod. I may see 80 every now and then not sure but the pressure flucuates soo much it is hard to get a good reading. You may be fine but if you are unsure take it out. I really don't want to be the one to tell you that you WILL be fine and then something break. But in my opinion I would leave it in there and check the pressure every now and then to see how it is doing.
