The only heads-up I would give you on the Tru-Cool is if you do a lot of backroad hauling where you have to drive real slow (3-5 mph) and pull a lot of weight, you need a fan to blow off the heat.

How do you mount the tru cool? Do you have a pic? Is yours mounted like the one in the link of this thread? It has an option for mounting for the Ford truck is it bolt on or do you have to fabricate/drill?
