C6 trans pan?

C6 trans pan?
I'll be putting on a new higher capacity, better cooling transmition pan on my C6 and I was wondering if it would be a good thing to change the filter while I'm there, and If so how???

Most of the high capacity aluminum pans (TCI, Hughes, etc) will come with a new filter anyway, mounted on an extended pickup so it reaches the bottom of the pan. It's just a couple small bolts to swap it in.
