3406 B cat
i know theres a few folks here that work on the big rigs,can anyone comfirm or let me know these things. its time to roll bearings in (300,000) and do an over head. if memory serves me rite i think this is where there spose to be set at
intake set at .015
ex .030
jakes .060
mains i think were 600 and 2flats
rods i cant remember
so if anyone has a cat book or know if im in the ballpark let me know please

What year\ HP is this 3406 B ?
Not a mechanic just a driver you'll have to excuse me perhaps outta my league here, but I can pull the manual tomorrow at the shop on the 3406B, but think your on the right track.
Intake 0.015
Exhaust 0.030
Slave Lash 0.060 ..... pre 1991 0.080 on all 3406 B except the 400HP @ 0.067
Cyl # 1 @ TDC set intake valves on 1,2,4 set Exhaust valves on 1,3,5 set Lash on 1,3,5
Cyl # 6 @ TDC set intake on 3,5,6 set exhaust on 2,4,6 set Lash on 2,4,6

I wish I saw this yesterday, I have my Cat B model manual at work. I could have grabbed it for ya. But 15/30 sounds right. The rest, well, I couldn't tell you. Probably why I have the book in the first place...
