Injectors!

Ok. Well after three very long nights of research I think I have found the injectors I need. I got on beans site and I found the stage 2 single shot injectors that flow 160cc's. Im taking the edje/juice off tomorrow and ebaying it and the evo. When I order the injectors I will order the dp also with gauges. For now Im gonna run the injectors with the stock turbo. Will this be a good safe start?

Nice pick on the injectors. The stock fuel system will work. I would definitely recommend getting the regulated return. If you are spending all that $ on injectors the regulated return will help supply the fuel better and keep that #8 inj from starving. Also - the in tank & pre-pump mod kit is only about $125 and will get the air out of the stock system. Both are a must do IMO - help protect that injector investment.

The stock turbo will not supply enough air in the high chip settings and the drive pressure will be high.

There are quite a few vendors that sell reg returnss & in tank/pre pump mods. But here is the one I went with from ITP.

ITP 7.3L "Standard" Regulated Return Kit

ITP 7.3L Fuel Tank / Pre-Pump Kit

Like Jeremy posted in the "Question about hpop??? " thread. The stock turbo will not last long. IMO I would do the supporting mods (gauges, reg return, in tank/pre pump, turbo) first - then the injectors. But that's just my opinion, it's your monkey, spank it your way - just adding my opinion

No, i won't buy anything from Beans....

Still planning a cummins like JT is doing, however i wanted some more power until then. The cheapest way i found was RDS (DzlJim) through DPP Power.com, stage 2c split shot conversions. Pete7.3PSD sent me his injectors as a core, they modifed them, now i'm running his. Converted to singles, and 80% over tips. I havent driven them in the daytime yet, but daaang i'm about to use another 1/4 tank today, like last night!

Ok, thanks for the information on the sites. Also my name is Jerid. that way you dont have to type suzuki_vinson every time lol. One more question tho. The regulated return you posted for me. Does that work only on stock and H2E turbo's???

The reason they are split like that is the H2E setup needs to be routed differently basically most other turbos end up being stock style setup so the regulated return systems will work with them. If your going to one of the fabricated wild turbo setups you might need a different return system but if your spending that type of money it doesn't matter anyway.

Just a suggestion, but you could add your name to the beginning of your sig, as you can see many of us have, and it makes it easier to direct a comment to a particular person. Also helps us to know names, should we ever meet up at a diesel event.
