since i already have my front suspension planed i need to plan the rear. auto fab guys were geting 18inches out of the stock springs, they had a forlink to keep the axle parallel with the road at all times, but do u think they fliped the rear spring hangers for lift and travel. but still how do u get that travel.im trying to keep the rear cheaper without having to fab a 6-link,but i dont want to use revolver shackles for travel.once the spring is flat and goes down its just hanging, so if u land a jump the springs would only start to work when they get to there arch point and beyond, i want constand pressure to help soften the landings. any ideas?
Longer springs will work, i'd suggest Deaver they could probably make you a custom pack for a decent price.
yea i have seen that f2000 that trucks bad ***, i wish there was a way to make a truck like that without having to pay a fruck load. i saw a 1978 f250 trophy truck some guy built and is trying to get into the mdr racing series, freaken insane, of course it cost him 80,000 to build in 4 years. wish i had that kind of ,money. well if i sold my planes i could get 50k but i can fly from socal to Boise Idaho in like 7 hrs where as its 16 to drive, yea ill keep them.
**** all he has to do is build a turbocharger small block that puts out 500 horses and do an insane suspension system and he can have a bad *** truck like the f2000
