im moving to apache juncion arizona in the summer how far is mesa from there?

and i would build this

jk on the hijack sign . moving there to take care of my 82 year old grandma. so wheres the dunes thatl be the first place i go?

The dunes are in Imperial Valley, CA. Basically just go to Yuma, AZ and head out as if going to San Diego. Drive for about fifteen minutes outside of Yuma and you'll find all the dunes you'll need.
And if it's on a big weekend then just follow all the toy haulers.
