If you could enlarge this setup, it would work for a prerunner/baja truck. It gives really good lateral control, and keeps the axle centered, unlike a link/ trac bar setup. Oh, and it's called a watts link I guess.

Leave it to the mini truckers...... Man those links look spindly.

IDK but to me it still looks like a 4 link.

i understand that a 6 link is possible, but simpler is always better.

andrew what i see wrong with that setup is that the two centering links would have to be very long, and the frame isn't that wide, so at a neutral position it would try to pretzel the axle.

honestly i don't see how that works that center piece looks like it just connects the to bars making it like one bar.

the best set up for a baja/prerunner rear end will always be a triangulated 4 link or a 3 link

sounds familiar, could have been one of the street trucks.

I see how this works, and its very good for street/drag trucks and cars but it looks like it limits travel.

i see how it works and yes it would be great except for a long travel i think there is too much movment that things would bind.

Agreed I don't see how it could work on a "long travel" suspension no articulation.

travel would be limited by the length of the crank, so if you had an 18" crank, you'd have long travel and you could plow with it, haha
