just a thought

can you rig a dimmer light switch to make you windshield wipers go slower or faster? my wipers on my 64 only have one speed and its kinda annoying

why wouldn't you just change the swich, or wiper motor. The cause of the problem

a dimmer switch doesn't alter voltage to your headlights. It just sends the same voltage to lights of different wattage ratings.
