Yeah use some sort of cherry picker to help you pick it up because there is no way you can pick the bed up by yourself. You might be able to walk it off the truck by yourself but then you risk the chance of damaging the bed.

I can't give you an exact weight. Maybe 125lbs. I got mine off by myself. I walked it off and had no problems whatsoever. make sure you take the tailgate off so you don't tear it up. If you want to be safe, just get one other person. Two people can lift it right off. No problems.
