-6 bed bolts(nuts underneath)
-plug for taillights
-3 screws per filler neck + hose clap holding tube to bottom of bed
3 friends to help you pick it up

Start soaking them in penetrating oil. Give them a good day or so of soaking.

Weld a 7/8" nut to the heads. Then have someone hold the nut with a wrench. Then MAN UP and turn the nut from underneath.

There not spinning but I've got 3 off.. The 2 closest to the tailgate and the one behind the passenger side

If you have to put that much effort into breaking them loose, it will tear the sheet metal bed and the bolts will start spinning

Got 6 loose and the one behind the drivers side started spinning with 2 threads left

Filler necks are what goes between your gas door and the fuel tank. Typically (3) 7mm head screws hold them in when you open the gas door. Then there will be a hose clamp underneath that holds the hose to a lil tab on the bottom of the bed

Remove them (the 3 7mm screws) from the bed NOT the hose from the tank.



This was actually on my 98 F150 but the bracket/clamp is the same on yours.
