I used to be stock straight-piped. I then added a 3.5" DP to that mix. I dropped maybe 50F on the EGT gauge. After running that for a year, I bought the MKO 4" straight pipe exhaust and lost another 100F on the EGT gauge. It does make that much of a difference going from the stock system to a 4". And remember, the stock system is not mandrel bent either.
