There are quite a few articles on here that debate that issue. Ideally, locating a Mass Air EFI system that you can salvage will work and require less pro shop tuning. Do a search on the forums for things like "351 EFI" "MAF" "Mass Air" or "Speed Density".

You get the idea...there are tons of options out there...mind you I have never used any of the above companies, and have no experience with any of them, so be sure to do your homework before jumping on a premade kit.

TigerDan thank you for your help it has only taken me 6 month and 10+ books like Big-inch Ford,High Per. Ford just to find out the best thing to du with my twin 351 W. The lo. machine shops only whont to know if i am buying all the parts from them ore give them my card. Thank you.
