Mike, you deserve it. Heck, you wouldn't even let me give you any extra $$$ for fuel. I know, it was on your way home, but you were towing 8000 pounds and did go a little farther than home. You had to burn a little extra. Anyway, you made the trip back to Columbia a lot easier. Oh, and I passed the good words on to Jeff and he says thanks.

Tell him he's welcome. Again, as if I hadn't made the observation myself firsthand, having a friend like that says way more about your character than I ever could. Good luck with the truck buddy.
I don't expect it, but I always try to give a thank you. I guess it is kinda nice to know that your compliment didn't go un noticed.

Pete I could'nt have said it any better. You are 100% right. I did'nt go to smokin due to a family "personal issue" the few guys that knew were really supportive and caring. It really meant a lot to me.
Heck, we were all new guys at some point. I remember back in the day when my truck was all stock except for the Hypertech programmer that came with it when I bought it. Then I went big time and put some Banks stuff on it...no joke...LOL. After that, I found FTE and started making real progress.
My point is, we were all new at some time, but you've got to not be afraid to jump right in and join the conversation. No fears around here about getting your head ripped off and someone jumping down your throat for something. Just type away, learn, enjoy, and spread the knowledge.

Well put Jeremy I really can't add anythinng else!
Dang... I'm so lucky I found this forum less than a month after I bought my truck!! And to think it was all because I saw oil on the back of my block while doing my first oil change!!! First mod = CCV, and now I have the sickness......
Man, I found this place trying to get info to buy a new 08'. I stumbled on the 7.3 fourm and guess what, still here and will keep my truck. I knew I had a good truck, but didn't know how good. That would have been a huge mistake.
