Oh, I thought the EasyMig was a Miller cause it has the Miller-blue color. 180 amps will be plenty for about anything you wanna do to a vehicle or even a pole barn with steel beams under the roof.
The Hobart is a Miller in different paint, which is why I got it.

Do it and don't look back. The doors didn't change mechanically or structurally from '80-'96/7, so I'm not sure why the handles got flimsier. Before I gave up on plastic handles, I'd done new striker bushings, hinges(pins would suffice, but I had the hinges, so...), and took some care in aligning the door and spraying everything down with a healthy amount of lube.
