Arrow 4.9 Super tune !!!

JIM.
Jim, I don't see why it wouldn't work on a 4.9, all you are doing is improving the quality and the "burn time" of the spark. I just finished mine and BIG improvement in the driveability ... no MPG test drive yet !!!
If you do the same basic guidelines and then play with the timing, it should help, a good tune up never hurts Be sure to stick with stock motorcraft COPPER plugs nothing fancy is needed. The MSD coil I used was the mid-quality with about 55,000 volt output. The wires were 8mm pre-made length ... factory ends. I used heat shields where needed and plastic loom on the coil wire, let us know how it works. Dave

Why? THe only gains will be a rougher ride...If it's even possible....I'm not seeing how a system BUILT to flex and move....Can be locked down and held rigid without any breaking parts..

The axles inside would be swapped out and the axle would basically just become a solid axle. So I would lose the pivot parts in the center. Only reason I have thought about doing it is just cause you really don't see this done. Well at least i have never seen it done. I've always liked off the wall custom things that set a truck apart from everything else. Just kinda one of those ideas like hmmmm..... can it be done and how would it work?

Picked up a xl grille and headlight bezels and am In between coats of black paint now.

The grille I picked up had a broken ford emblem so I pulled the rest of the blue ford logo out of the emblem and came out like this

What do you guys think? I think it's different. Should I put it on the truck or re use my original ford logo. Keep in mind the truck will be black/ red
