yep what Scott said. When machining injectors into larger injectors you actually shorten the intensifier piston not change the diameter. With stock nozzle there is no sense in going over 160cc cause the stock nozzle can't get all the fuel out. There are some stage 2's and larger out there that go farther but they have larger holes in the nozzle to be able to get the fuel out fast enough.

No the nozzle holes are only around .008 of an inch or something like that. Larger nozzle's are .012 or so depending on application. There are special processes to make them larger but it usually only don't on new nozzles or they are manufactured that size.
With high mileage injectors DIY injectors recommend new nozzles anyway. They are about $400 for a set of 8
