Broken Again?

05 6.0 drinking coolant and check engine light on. Trouble code reads P0/00 , U0037 , U0407. Pouring black smoke out of the exhaust. Any advice. Thanks

Are you running a tuner? Be honest... If so, return to stock... Recheck, etc...
