for the price of the repair bill you can get a Mig welder from Canadian Tire and a 4 1/2 grinder with cutoff wheel and do the work yourself, The cheaper welders are great for sheet metal.
Unfortunatly for me the box on my truck has been rebuilt by previous owners a few times an is actually on it's final legs, so I will be replacing mine.
Find a good paint shop, Here we have an Atlas Auto shop and if you give them the colour code from your truck they will mix you up some 1 step paint and throw it into some spray cans for you. I did this when I did repairs on an older Intrepid I had turned out great colour matched perfect.
just some info if your looking for a box, they are all the same from 1987 to 1996, just the front end changes, when we replaced our box sides on my ddas truck, we got the parts from cross canada parts( http://www.crosscanadaparts.com/) and at the time we ordered the sides from a 1989, and it went on a 1992. ( we also got one with a couple little dinges, which brought the price of them down as well
