No. It's as likely to come back as the Edsel and the Pinto. They are all gone forever.

Well, I guess I'll keep my for a while, I have a 2002 Ford Excursion Limited 7.3 PSD, built with all the Banks I can buy, S & B Air Box, Helswig sway bar, Firestone Air Bags, 396 RWHP, 915 RW Torque. It's a blast, but I am looking to throw away the Banks and go with a tuner or downloader, injectors, high pressure oil pump, lift pump, head studs, bigger turbo. Any suggestions, what does everybody think about Banks??

Go check the 7.3 forum and ask that. While I have never messed with Banks stuff, most guys there say it is overpriced.

Have you dynoed your X to get those numbers? If you are planning on going big then you better replace the rods. The word is anything over 400hp and you have a ticking time bomb with the pmr's.

Are you are ditching the banks for a DP Tuner?

Yes, that is dynoed last year. Thanks for telling me about the rods! Wow, I better do something. It is a good thing my wife drives it. Yes, I was told that the DP tuner is good. I guess you can actually have 16 different settings.

I have been wanting to get a DP, but right now I have some other priorities. The superchip will have to work a little longer. My want list on both my pickup and X are long, but one thing at a time I'll slowly get there.

Those are some impressive dyno numbers. I would definitely check out the 7.3 forum and learn about the rods. Cheaper to do something about them prior to dynamic disassembly!!

Yeah, impressive, but it wasn't cheap.
