well did research = f7tu12a366cd = and there is no reference # same you might wanna check again to make sure you posted that # correct. & are you sure its motorcraft brand?
all I found was = F7TU-12A366AB & F7TU-12A366BA & this would be same in comparison with the DG508 / DG491 / DG472 / DG457
In my opinion id say they'd work, but for a fact dont know, the only difference is the last (2) letters rest same oh well sorry could help much more!

short answer yes it will work, it's just the first issue of the part. But there is a reason Ford updates the parts.
