Does anyone know if the cab lights should all face forward at the same angle (parallel to each other) or follow the arc of the roof/windshield (each at a different angle from each other)?

This website (Motorman's Madness) gives a great tutorial on installing clearance lights on a SuperDuty.
I've seen motoman's website, and that is great information. I'm pretty set on what I need to do here, and the tools needed. The only thing that seems vague to me is the measurements of the 2008 trucks versus earlier models (which is what motoman's website is based on, 2006?). It seems like most people adjust to their own desires for appearance, but I was really looking for factory locations, if that information is available. I don't have a 2008 truck with the lights to go measure. Thanks, and sorry to ressurrect a thread, but it seemed the most relevant to my question in my search.
I did the lights on my 08 a few months ago, and it took me about 2 1/2 hours. The plug for the harness is on the drivers side kick panel under the dash. The measurements I used were from the light kit I got from ebay. My kit came with an antennae wire for my nav system, but I just used the existing antennae wire. Hardest part of the job was the headliner.
