No you should probably get headstuds, then gauges, THEN a chip, preferably an SCT, which seems to be the tuner of choice here, from either Spartan or Innovative. Search them and you will find more than you'll want to read

I second that motion. A chip can make the exhaust gas temps higher.
You must also realize also that, yes studs will be much stronger but you still run the risk of a failure in other systems, for example in the fuel system because of the extra load on the fuel injectors, and should I even mention fortifying the 5R110W. I have been told that the 6.0 only has like 10 or 12 head bolts per head or studs whatever your flavor, were as the 7.3 had 18 someone correct me if I am wrong.
Basically what I am getting at is the 6.0 was not designed to be pushed to the limit, it is ba##s to the wall stock . So if you do decide to tune just remember it is a gamble you may be alright or you may not be, and you will also be sacrificing longevity but I guess for those who can buy a new truck every couple of years it does not really matter.
that's what dj's fuel kit or itp's fuel kit is for as well as fass pumps or airdog pumps. Now you're in better shape then you were while in stock form.
