Sanderson Header Adapter plates

i have just recently ordered sanderson headers for my 400m and have read that you need adapter plates for them to fit correctly, but i can not find them on the thier sight, could someone post the link where to order it?

Toll Free: (800) 669-2430. Call them and tell them what you're doing and what you need. When I ordered mine a few years ago I got the adapter plates(which are really nothing more then a heavy copper gasket with the 2v port size) and the angled reducers all on the same order. Hope this helps.

do u have to have an adapter plate? ,i have read that you can use other things but am not sure if this is true

The short answer is yes. The Sanderson headers are made to fit the exhaust port size of the 4v Cleveland heads, therefore, if used on a 2v head without the adapter plate/gasket they will leak like crazy because the 4v exhaust ports are soooo much bigger then the 2v ports.
