Man I am ashamed of myself, mine have been sitting in the garage for over a month now waiting for me to install them. Good for you getting them on so quickly.
Did you measure your rear height before and after? I am curious how much it raised your rear.

You need to stop worrying about my rear
No - I'm a slacker. I was too worried about getting it done before dark to do any before/after measurments or pics. I 'looks' like it's the same height.
I got mine installed tonight - took about 3 hours and a couple of beers.
The biggest problem for me was working space... I had maybe about 3 inches to rotate the rachet when preloading the spring.
I took it for a short test drive and performed sime aggressive soloms (sp?) and could tell a difference. The rear tracked right long and felt firmer and not as 'loose/squishy'.
We have our first camping trip in a few weeks and that will be the real test.
That sucks about the space. Glad to hear you like the RAS. You mean you took the Excursion through a slalom.
71-4R3SONS sorry for the slow reply, your ebay email address, and paypal email have to be the same. If they were not, and you updated it it takes... or took mine about an hr to update and let me apply the code hope this helps...
anybody heard from our eBay dude yet? I paid him late Fri night, got the invoice from him and the receipt from paypal, but no other correspondence. I'm too worried about it, it just seems most ebayers respond quicker than that. I haven't tried to contact him yet, I will send an email tomorrow if I do not hear from him by morning.

I'm not that concerned yet... the dude has over 4000 hits on his rating and the % of positives is over 99%... looks to me the guy does a high volume surplus type business... My past experiences with this type of seller is they have your address from the paypal, therefore, they send the item without any other communication to the buyer... not the way I do it... but, I sell very few items and can keep track of whom I send emails to.
I'm looking at picking up a set for my 2001 7.3 PSD X. It has 76,000 miles, and I haven't had a chance to pull my 21' TT yet. But, with the WD hitch, I don't expect a big problem with it. Same set-up I used on my F-150, and it pulled fine. But we are kicking around the idea of getting a bigger TT, and I figure it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!! And for $100, how can you go wrong!!!
I pulled my 24' all over the place with no problems. best truck i ever pulled it with. but as soon as we traded for the 30', wow what a difference. Like you said you can't go wrong for $100. I've noticed the Ex seems to sag lower than my 1/2 ton with my other non WD trailer setups, I'm sure the RAS will help with that too.
