I say ditch the motor plate idea and use those gnarley @ss heims for the motor limiter. Especially for the 300-6! Can you imagine the look on peoples face when you up the hood and they see THAT hooked to a 300?

my hood will never be popped with the I6......and i'll make a knarly v8 power noises with my mouth as i drive past people.......nobody will ever know!!!

my 300 in my 79 150 makes good power. not 460 power but not embarrassing.

ok, imagine your truck a billion feet in the air with potentially 54" tractor tires, and your running a I6.........its embarassing...

I say add a turbo then you can prodly open your hood, and have the power to almost spin/burn those 54's.
