I have 32000 on the truck and have been noticing that I have been getting a lot of wheel rebound when I hit a large bump. It seems like the wheel bounces up and down rapidly and its a little harder to control. Does this indicate that my shocks are bad?

The stock shocks are not very good in that way. I replaced mine with KYB monomax's and am very happy with the performance improvement. Replacing the fronts totally eliminated the bouncing and bump steer you are talking about.
