How big are those quad? What size tubing do those adapters fit? I might be interested
well the thread is 1.25" so the smallest tube ID you could go would be 1.5" unless you drilled smaller stuff out.....
i dont have any tube adapters, those were just reference pictures i found....
i tell you what, i'll trade you those 2 with jam nuts for some regulare 1.25" heims with jam nuts and bungs......you come out WAY cheaper.....i just think theyd be going to waste on just traction bars.....now your radius arms....those would be perfect, and add the ultimate offroad bling!!!
Motor plates are cool especially since you arent going to drive it A LOT on the street.
Motor plates are great if it isn't driven on the street much. Make sure you use an engine limiter though to reduce the forward/backward flex that motor plates give. Plus with the plates, you can drop the motor lower into the frame easily and will give you plenty of room for headers!!
from what ive been told, you dont feel it in your seat or steering wheel or nothing......i dont get how you couldn't but they swear by them....
im not sure if i will or not....maybe not b/c my tranny and tcases are "soft" mounted.....and that "hard" mounted engine would trasfer all the force to the rest of the drivetrain to rotate....
I think a hurricane is about to hit St George. Pretty fukn nasty here.
I ran a piece of chain from my head to my frame rail because my engine twisted up so much when I got down on it. It helped some but the chain jingled and that annoyed me.

ME TOOO......i chained up my I6 b/c i kept breaking motor mounts.....chit was annoying....so i welded every like 3links together, that cut down on the jingle some....
I thought the same too, about the vibrations passing to the rest of the driveline, but the chassis cuys at S&W said to use the plates on the motor, but use a stock style "soft" mount for the tranny/transfer case so the frame has the ability to flex some (like normal), which will help reduce vibrations to the rest of the truck.

i can see you going through alot of trans and tcase mounts.....
