Go look at Cages website and I think JBGs website. They have the C wedges you will need. If Im not mistaken the ball joint 60 is better for coil sprung apps because you dont have to deal with the axle housing. The wider stance of the coil springs will miss. There is plenty of room for the stock radius arms but the Cage arms are cool. $700 though so that usually changes peoples mind.

I just swapped a D60 into my 1983 bronco. Drag link lenths are different for our trucks, but i was abe to use a stock drag link, although I have hi steer arms.
I made my track bar mounts and used an adjustable track bar.
Yeah, if your stock drag link doesn't work, a adjustable one should. I have one, and they seem to be pretty good quality, but a little $$$. I paid a little over $100, but that was about 2 years ago. They're more now... might be able to find one on evilbay.
My D60 is from a 1979. It has more room on the driver side to mount the needed hardware. The '90's model will not have room for mounting radius arm tabs.
early 90s d60 into my '78 bronco and I want to keep the radius arms.
i'm curious to see how you go about mounting this thing. i sold my 88 D60 for a 79 d60 for this very reason. i got my wedges from JBG and they were great. one thing to note if you plan to use your stock clamps you will have to make a 1/2" spacer b/c the D60 is a touch larger than the D44 they were meant for.
the aftermarket arms are purely opinion, they will work flawlessly as i have seen several guys in the bronco club run them. i, however, could not justify that much money!
Have the welder, grinder, and all the stuff needed to fabricate the mounts and put the c's on. If you want, instead of running a stock style "bushing" track bar, we can fab up a heim joint bar and mounts. You just gotta come up with the tube, ends, and tabs, all of which I can get you info on where to get what you need. If you can get the stuff early this week, we can be ready for this coming Sunday to get it done!
Let me know where to get the parts I need if you don't mind. Bronco is not quite ready to make the trip down there, still have to put the new tranny in and pull that 9inch out of the other truck for you, but as soon as its ready I'll let you know.
do you have the tools to make the spacer we need too? I've also heard you can grind out the c wedges so that they're the same width as on the d44 when mounted.
I can either make the spacers out of 1/2" plate, or I can machine out the c's. It's your choice. Granted, making the spacer would be easier, but then you need to get longer bolts as well and re-mount the way the lower coil bucket sits on top of the radius arms. So in the long run, it would probably be best to just trim out the inner portion of the c's to fit.
As for the tubing and such, contact S&W racecars up in PA. They will set you up with what you need. I'd get the 3/4" x 16 thread, rod ends, a set of their weld in bungs and the 1.25 DOM tubing. You wan work with 4', but I'd get a 5' piece to be sure, and you can always trim some off depending on where you mount your upper and lower brackets.
