460?
does anyone know if all the accesories bracketry off of a 90's model 460 will bolt right up to a 70's model? i want to run a serp system on my engine...

I dont see why not, the blocks never changed, just the heads, and it was only a combustion chamber change.

wont you need a reverse rotation water pump also, like on a small block?

the bracketry is all the same as far as I know, and yeah he will need a serpentine rotation water pump.

ok, thanks so just grab the water pump off the doner engine right....
thanks guys, found a serp system of a 90's model, i might end up having a/c in the beast....sweeeet...

just wondering what are your plans for the engine? im sure its gunna be a beast to be able to spin them big ol ag tires ur gettin..

COOL, a/c in a wheeling rig will wonders never cease.
EDIT: does anybody know what the with is on the rear axle of a fsb, drum to drum, or perch to perch?

Serpentine (sp) would be cool though. Seems like Ive heard of a fitment problem on the older engines. Maybe Im wrong.

not much for now.....cam intake headers carb little head work, got to save up the $$$ to go gangsta like kris is.....
