I did mine, jack up truck, use jack stands, put jack under radius arm, unbolt, pry loose,it will come down.I had trouble with one side not wanting to go back, you have to watch things go back as you jack it back into place.I had to bend the ears out a bit to get things started but when you tighten the bolt it all bends back where it belongs.I think with bit of swearing it took me 2 or 3 hours...If you use urethane bushings, you need a lot of that silicone lube and it starts out slippery then gets sticky....darn, I just told you how I did the axles. The radius arms are WAY EASIER....the urethane bushings are worth it. Remember the order you take everything apart.

Kbak, Since Ford went to them in latter years, I think I would cut and punch the rivits remove the cuffs, replace the bushings and bolt them back up with grade 8 bolts. I replaced mine when I swapped in the disc brake I-beams so I missed the fun seperately.

I didnt pull the mounts but what I did was unbolt the big nut, remove the coil spring nuts on top, made it real easy, in and out or vice versa took me two hours total for both sides!
