The Yukon XJoint sounds like it might be worth the money, but still a little too new. The above mentioned shafts are good b/c they are harded 4340, the cheapo shafts Jeff'sBGY sell and Yukons are only 4140 and aren't much better than stock, and some say they are worst than stock.

Now for everyone that rambled off a bunch of XTY race bike stuff earlier, did ya'll follow all that?
lol... i guess i desirved that one matt. thanks for the help.

anyone know if there is an adaptor to mate a zf6 to a 351. im really likin the ratios of the zf and that with a 203/205 should make a nice crawl ratio plus the 6 speed for on the street.

no the stupid thing is solid. i see all kinds of things for the dodge nv whatever it is 6 speed but i like the zf ratios a lot better. and the 203/205 doubler is a no brainer as far as being usuable. im thinking it might be a little long also but i cant seem to find the length of it either. if the lenght isnt a hugh problem ill just cut the bell housing off and have a aluminum plate welded to the front and bolt a 351 houseing on if i cant get an adaptor.

If there was never a small block version made, then I would go the route you just said. either get a s/b flange, or hack another tranny up and steal what you need. not much help from me...

another random ???. how much difference is there in length of a 351 and a 460? im thinking a 460 will be better suited for my ideas, much easier to put a zf6 behind it. but if its too long i dont want to have horriable rear driveshaft angles that im already thinking are gonna be a problem.
