How about making a pass. side to match it, w/o gauge pods, then sell them in pairs?

I'm not sure he wants to put the time into making different molds, but maybe a couple options (2 gauge, 3 gauge) would be cool.

m78, I can do a 3 guage piller, but let me get the 2 guage first.

grnlzrd, I have thought of making a passenger, since I am going through all the trouble. I am going to do it for me to house tweeters.

Would it be possible that when you make the master you could have to holes and above those you could have 2 blanks above made of lighter amount of material that a buyer could --punch out-- if they wanted to go with 3 or 4 gauges.Just a suggestion??

A four guage would be sweet. The idea for the right side would be cool. I would buy a set.

KRD, I'm really glad there are people like you that have the skill, inginuity, and dedication to put toward this project. You would get many people interested in your product. Count me in.

On a side note, a full lenth piller mold would be nice so it would be able to hide all of the wires/lines.

Thank you, I like it when people like my work. I think I have how to hide the wires and lines already, just need to get one done. the first is always the hardest.

Possible, yes. Ugly probably, I think once I get the ball going I will be able to have 1 mold for 1 guage, a mold for 2 guages and so forth. Then they can be ordered the way you want it.

When I am done with all the order, which may be a long time I think I am going to make a 5 guage with a tweeter opening on the driver side and a passenger one with a tweeter opening. But I am also going to do a entire fiberglass dash. All it good time.

Made some progress, got it cut downand sanded. Now I have to get the top to look good, and make it look as if it belongs there. I will be taking pics with different colors marked on it to get some input.
