The easiest thing for the interior floor is to buy the original style style rubber mat with the Ford Stars on it. It is thick and looks real nice when shined up. I put a piece of insulation/sound deadener with one side with aluminum foil. The rubber mat and the insulation really keeps the heat from the road and engine out of the cab. The rubber mat is easy to clean, dirt just wipes off with a wet rag.

They're several companies that can supply the carpet insulation, you will want it for sound (exhaust) and engine/exhaust heat, Dyna-mat is one that comes to mind.
